Yes, within ourselves,  in our hearts.  Just as we, the Torres family of Can Cascais, creators of HIERBAS DE IBIZA PERFUMES, do from this small Mediterranean island. Ibiza could well be considered an earthly paradise made  to measure for humankind,  which it blesses with its generous nature. With different nuances depending on the time of year, but always gentle and beautiful.

The hippie maxim of  "live and let live"  still finds its true meaning here today… this island is a hedonistic and cosmopolitan universe, imprinting a sense of  freedom  and coexistence on all those privileged enough to be welcomed by it. Ibiza's strong personality asserts itself almost effortlessly, making  simplicity and naturalness  shape a sublime and unique pattern of beauty.

Sacred Garden

Even in ancient times, various civilizations found Ibiza to be  a sacred paradise , even identifying it as "the island of good smells" – source: 'Atlas of True Names'. The Phoenicians established the temple of the goddess Tanit here, whom they worshipped. When making the return voyage to their homelands, Phoenician sailors would often take Ibizan soil with them to surround their houses, as the best guarantee of protection and immunity against any misfortune or venomous animal.

Those same  fertile lands  of Ibiza and their privileged climate provide us today with the finest olfactory palette to create a unique fragrance… spraying yourself with HIERBAS DE IBIZA is to participate once again in that protective ritual, to envelop yourself in a divine fragrance and  feel a memory of happiness close by.  It is no coincidence that the motto displayed in the rosette of our logo is “tot mon cor feis alegrar”, or “you gladden my whole heart”.
